Non non, ce ne sont pas des photos identiques! Pixie, que j'aime appeler Oreodog, est la chienne télépathe de Jean (INVICTA OCULA). Et son pouvoir télépathique se résume à deux mots: fromage (cheese) et Oréo... Jean est une des permières blogueuses avec laquelle je suis entrée en contact. J'adore son sens de l'humour et son sens des valeurs! Des baignades dans des chutes aux Nicaragua. Des bestioles exotiques dans des pays très lointains. Du trekking dans les forêts amazoniennes. Des images saisissantes de beauté aux confins des Himmalayas.... C'est assez. CHUI JALOUSE!!! Moi aussi je veux vous montrer des photos de mes voyages extraordinaires. Et c'est ce que je vais faire. Là. Tout de suite. Avec en prime, mon vrai visage, sans appareil photo ni bouteille le cachant . La vraie moi. Dans de vrais voyages exotiques... Regardez bien!

Évidemment, on a insisté pour me montrer cette vieille sculpture. Toute brisée et sans nez. Moi, j'aurais tout rasé pour mettre un beau centre d'achat. Mais personne n'a voulu m'écouter...

Some people insisted to show me this old sculpture. VERY old and without a nose!!! Nobody wanted to listen to me but personnaly, I found that this was exactly the right place to put a very nice shopping center. YEP.

Visite d'un grandiose temple Maya dans la jungle mexicaine. J'ai même gravi les 18 marches qui menaient tout en haut du temple. Quel exploit! J'étais comme dans une autre dimension!!!

I visited this wonderful mayan temple in the mexican jungle. I even escalated the 18 steps to the top of that temple. What an achievement! I think I was in the twilight zone!!!

Ce beau jeune homme au regard diabolique s'appelle Calvin. Et il n'a rien de diabolique. La première fois que j'ai vu son blog, je pensais qu'il était photographe professionnel. "Je ne suis qu'une humble abeille travaillant dans une Amérique corporative" m'a-t-il répondu. Calvin a vraiment l'oeil du photographe. Ses composition sont naturellement parfaites. Voici en vrac, quelques unes de mes images préférées: Fenêtre d'une échoppe de tailleur. Maison verte à la porte rouge. Le chat avec une seule oreille. Coffee shop. Mais je ne vous dis pas où sont toutes ces photos. Vous devrez les trouver vous-mêmes. LOL .

This handsome young man looking devilish is Calvin. And he has nothing of a devil... In fact, he is kind. The first time I went on his blog, I tought he was a professionnal photograph. " I'm just an humble worker bee in corporative America" he answered me. Mr Calvin really has "the photograph's eye". His compositions are naturally perfect. Voici de nouveau une photo que j'avais présentée en septembre. Je l'ai modifiée sur Photoshop et l'ai recadrée. À chaque année se déroule le même scénario. Du lierre pousse au début de l'été, s'enroule autour de la rampe d'escalier et envahit la petite galerie en bas de chez moi. Puis des insectes que je n'ai jamais réussi à voir grignotent les feuilles et créent de jolies petites oeuvres d'art. Mignon.

I repost this photo form September. I have cropped and photoshopped it! Each year, it's the same scenario. Ivy grows at the beginning of Summer, twines around the stairs and spreads out. Then, some insects that I have never seen gnaw the leaves and create those nice works of art. Cute.

I only said "Hey, wait! I'm gonna take a pic!" (Bad English, I know). In facts, I took many, but this one has a better composition. And I like how Gene and Clo looked at the me (the camera).

Voici une broche de Miss Piggy. Je l'ai achetée dans les années '80. J'avais promis à Marie (Hawkowl) de lui mettre la photo sur blogger. En effet, elle a passé ce test que j'ai mis sur mon autre blog et elle est Miss Piggy. Quant à moi et à ma soeur, nous sommes Kermitt toutes les deux. Marie aurait préféré être un autre personnage. Clo et moi aurions voulu être Miss Piggy, car nous sommes des fans de ce personnage complètement dingue et très décidé depuis des années. Comme quoi on est jamais content. :o)
Here is a brooch representing Miss Piggy. I bought it in the eighties. I told Marie (Hawkowl) that I would post a picture of it on my blog. She made this test on my other blog and discovered that she was Miss Piggy and would have preferred to be another character. My sister and I were Kermitt and we were both sure that we would be Miss Piggy. We have been fans of this crazy and driven Piggy for years. One is never happy with what one has...:o)

Elle m'a dit qu'on ne me voyait jamais... Alors j'ai décidé de créer ce message spécialement pour Andrea. Hier, ma soeur et moi, nous avons pris un bon souper bien arrosé... Puis les deux maniaques de photo(nous)ont décidé de faire quelques images. J'ai fait ces auto-portraits. Malheureusement, il y avait une bouteille entre moi et la caméra... On voit quand même mon nez bien rouge.... ;o)
She told me that I never show myself... Sooo, I decided to post this especially for Andrea. Yesterday, my sis and I had a gooood supper with some wine. Then the two picmaniacs (us) decided to take some photos. I personally decided to make some self-portraits. Too bad that there was this bottle between moi and the camera. But you can see that my nose was a little red...;o)

SCIENCES LÉGISTES.- FORENSIC SCIENCES.

J'aime beaucoup écouter les émissions de télé qui parlent des sciences légistes. Surtout quand les histoires sont vraies. J'ai toujours été fascinée par les tests d'ADN. La biologie était mon sujet préféré au secondaire. J'admire aussi ceux qui font des portraits robots et j'ai trouvé un site super intéressant où on peut s'excercer à cet art. Essayez pour voir, ce n'est pas si facile. J'ai tenté de faire le portrait de mémoire de mon frère. Je vous mets la photo à côté pour que vous puissiez voir la ressemblance (ou non)...Ouais, pas si bonne que ça. :o)
I like TV shows talking about forensic sciences. Especially when the stories are true. I've always been fascinated by DNA tests . Biology was my favorite subject at highschool. And I also admire those who are able to draw facial sketches. I found a super link where you can practice this art. Try it. It's not as easy as it looks. I've tried to make my bro's portrait (from memory, without a pic). I show you the result with a real photo so you can see if I'm good (or not) Mmmm. Not so good. :o)

San Miguel de Allende, Mexique. La vieille petite dame venait vers moi et je trouvais qu'elle aurait fait un sujet extraordinaire. Jamais je n'ai osé la photographier de face. Dès qu'elle m'eut dépassée, je me suis retournée en vitesse et ai pris une photo, sans regarder, à la sauvette. Pas de numérique à l'époque. Ce n'est que quelques semaines plus tard que j'ai vu le résultat. A ce jour cette image demeure ma photographie préférée.
San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. The little old lady was coming toward me and I thought that she would make a fantastic subject. But I didn't take a pic of her... at first. When she had pass me, I turned my camera in her direction and took a photo, without even looking. No digital cameras then. I had to wait a few weeks to see the result. And to this day, this image is still my favorite one...

Quelque chose manque sur cette image... MMMMM Cherchez un peu... Vendredi le 28 octobre, mon disque dur s'est planté. Le même jour qu'on annonçait le thème BROKEN sur IllustrationFriday... Bizarre autant qu'étrange. Sur cette image vous pouvez constater l'absence de mon PC ainsi que ma réaction à l'annonce de la perte de toutes mes données... Arrrggghhhh!

Really strange!!! On that image, you can realize that my PC is missing and you can see my reaction learning that all my files were gone...Arrrggghhh!
