ARRIVÉE À VANCOUVER
ARRIVING IN VANCOUVER

Here is the second part of my trip to Western Canada in August 2006: Vancouver. You'll see some wonderful places and things, my encounter with a fabulous artist and at the end... an accident. ;o)

Dimanche le 6 aòut 2006.

Sunday August the 6th 2006.

After a 17 hours trip by train, we finally arrive in Vancouver at 3 hours PM... We take a cab to the agency that is going to rent us a cute little car. It is smaller than the previous one we had in Alberta, but it will be easier to drive in the big City of Vancouver.

We have a nice room in a Ramada Inn downtown. We will visit Vancouver tomorrow. For now, we are too tired!

You look like you travel VERY lightly to me... you should try going anywhere with Jim... so MUCH STUFF... just in case...

Usually, I don't travel light, but this time, I made some efforts, Caroline... I had to take so many planes, trains, taxis and cars that I tried to bring less... But I still had to much "photo things" and not enough clothes...Hhehehe... That is me... :)
