Le cours d'eau que longe la voie ferrée s'appelle la rivière Fraser. Nous sommes d'abord à son niveau. Elle semble couler paisiblement, mais plus tard au cours de la journée, nous la surplomberons en roulant en haut du canyon Fraser...
The railway is following the Fraser River. At first, we are at the water lever, but in the afternoon, we will be up the Frasier Canyon, where the river rushes on, boiling and powerful ...














Le paysage semble parfois désertique, tout en haut de ces montagnes.
Up in those mountains, the scenery sometimes looks like a desert.

Are the rails still following you? WHAT happened to the trees on the mountains where they are missing?

Remember the tundra? There is is! Only rachitic trees.... *coughcoughcough* Nope, I'm not sick, Anon. Those are the scraggy trees coughing! :o)

OOOHHHHHH I looked that word up, we don't have tree growth hindered by low temperatures and short growing seasons in Australia, I thought people had CHOPPED them down!

NEVER!!! This is a protected area!!! :) NO TUNDRA IN AUSTRALIA???? What a shame... Hheheheheheh! BUT YOU HAVE BUSH FIRES!!! And we don't!
