UN TRAIN LA NUIT
A TRAIN IN THE NIGHT

Samedi le 5 août 2006
Saturday August the 5th 2006

At night, our seats were converted in upper and lower beds. I took the upper one, but it was not easy to climb there! Cozy, though! I was feeling like in a sub-marine. Alas, the 2 couples from the USA (remember... in their sixties!!!) had been acting like teens. I couldn't sleep till 2 am!

Essayer de dormir...
Try to sleep...

Et prendre des tas de photos... Nuit étrange et fantasmagorique!
And taking lots of pics.... Strange and a bit spooky night!

Sounds like those couples were rather thoughtless... just like teens...

I talked with them the next morning... Guess they were only excited to take the train for such a long trip... 17 hours... :)

Some people can be most inconsiderate - like teens :) Did you spook them MerlinPrincesse? hhehheheee *woooooooo I am the dead passenger murdered whilst bedded!*

Would have been a good idea, Anon... Next time, I bring YOU. You'll take the role of the ghost! :)

I've always wanted to sleep on a train like that, and I'd want the top bunk too.

As for that couple, more power to them! Though I'm sorry your sleep was disturbed by it. *G*

It does look very cozy in there. You are quite the adventure-er :)

Yes, I wanted the top too. It's a fun experience, not my first, in fact! :) And Mei wanted the lower one...hheheh... :) Now, after my accident, I would have to take the lower one...
And for the two couples... I think it was their first experience on a train... ;o)

Yup, very cozy, Joy! It was quite a comfortable adventure, though! :)
