This road passes along the St-Lawrence River. For it's 400th birthday, the City has decided to plant some trees there. When the trees are young, we have to wrap them for Winter so they can survive the cold, the snow and especially the sand and salt they put on the roads.... :)
Stalagmites and patio umbrellas look more interesting than trees. I can't believe I said that but the thought of patio umbrellas in the middle of the highway is my cup of tea. Thanks to Joy Eliz.

I was just going to ask what those things were - They look like patio umbrellas, now that would be funny!

Hhehehe! GIRLZZZ!!! Those would be nice ideas for some installations!!! Maybe I should call our Mayor! Though he's not the artsy kind... ;o)
