J'ai envie de changements. J'ai déjà dit dans un commentaire que je n'aimais plus ce que je faisais. Tout cela est en fait une question de style et de couleurs. Je n'ai plus envie de bleu ou de rouge vifs. J'ai envie de couleurs plus sombres, qui donnent une ambiance très différente à mes images. Je ne sais pas trop où cela va me mener. J'ai aujourd'hui retravaillé deux photos que j'avais déjà présentées sur ce blog. Je vous les présente. A vous de juger. Le portrait de Geneviève étais dans des tons de rouge et de jaune clair. Quant au petit arbre, je l'ai complètement transformé. La photo était au départ très bleue, car c'est une scène d'hiver.... Et j'ai aussi modifié la couleur de mon blog... Goûts de changements que je vous dit....
I want some changes. I have already said in one of my comments that I don't like my creations anymore. In fact, it's a question of colours and style. I dont fell like using blues and reds anymore. I crave for darker colours. And different atmonpheres. I don't know at all where I'm going with that. Experimenting. Today, I've made some modification to those 2 pics I already had showed you on this blog. See and be the judge. Gene's portrait was all red and yellow. I've completely transformed the image of the little tree. It was very blue, giving a cold Winter feeling. OH! And I have also changed the colours of my Blog... Did I say changes?...

As tu pris un sépia pour la photo de l'arbre? J'aime aussi la touche "asiatique" que ça donne à Geneviève.

CS: Je sens beaucoup de blocages ces temps-ci. La créativité a ses hauts et ses bas. Pour les deux photos, j'ai utilisé un outil spécial dans PS qui désature et change les teintes de parties précises de la photo. Mais il y a plusieurs étapes dans la fabrication de cette image. Je suis en recherche... :)

Quant aux photos, elles sont magnifiques! Je suis allée voir l'ancienne version de celle de Gene, très différent. Les deux sont belles, mais celle-ci est tout simplement superbe!

ps. i don't like anything that i do. none of it. i keep posting things i do not like and things i think are not good. but i do it because it just spins out naturally. i feel like i am riding something out which will soon die. i feel like i have to ride it out to learn whatever it is i am learning. and then..

CSB: I love what you said! You are an artist and it's normal to have doubt. To not like what we do or to find it not so good after all is a good way to force our spirit through new things. Means that our creations are like us, evolving, mooving, changing. And that's a good thing. Personnaly (and I think the people of web-pix will agree) I find your photos really nice. They are kind of showing the depth of your soul! You have an artist's eye, believe the old lady! And for your question, I like my pics. But those days, I want to change the mood in them. What I dislike is the way I draw and the colours in my drawings... I have to paint again. Work on that. Je sais, MP. La créativité, ça ne se suce pas du bout des doigts comme plusieurs le pensent. Il faut parfois prendre de la distance pour se rafraîchir :-)
